Currently residing in Portland, OR. I am a self taught photographer and special fx makeup artist. I owe a great deal of my success to my close friends for being my experimenting dummies for so long. Letting me cover them in blood in the strangest situations in order to help me achieve my vision.
I started Delusional Photography with the intention of reaching out and offending as many people as possible. Living by the motto of being a equal opportunity offender, I would not aim to offend one or two stereotypes, I would aim to offend them all. Have I reached this goal, that I am not sure of. Either way it has turned into something more.
I currently do all makeup, hair, lighting, and scene setups for all my shoots. Combining my love for special fx, gore, and photography. I try to look past what you see on the outside of someone or something and taking it deeper. To that place that they only show behind closed doors. Removing the mask of everyday life and entering the brain. Capturing universal fears, fantasies, secrets, and what will inevitably become of them.
